Mr. Rupak Poddar, a telecom engineer by qualification and a passionate harmonium player, is the visionary behind RPGMA Harmonium. His journey with the harmonium began in childhood, and over the years, he has grown into a seasoned performer. He has had the privilege of playing alongside many renowned artists, including the legendary Ustad Ghulam Ali.

Driven by a deep respect for tradition and an uncompromising approach to quality, Mr. Poddar has led RPGMA Harmonium to become an internationally recognized brand. He strongly believes in Quality over Quantity, a principle that guides every decision within the company.

In a pioneering move within the harmonium industry, Mr. Poddar became the first to recruit engineers and graduates into the manufacturing process.
